The PCFA is the official charity of the Official Charity for the 2008 Australian ING Formula 1 Grand Prix on March 13, 14, 15 and 16 March 2008. PCFA trackside initiatives will include a Men’s Health Marquee where race goers can find out more about their health statistics through a check up with professional health nurses on site. A team of 65 volunteers have been recruited that will help raise funds for PCFA through selling PCFA lapel pins and novelty radios designed especially for race goers track side. This has been a fantastic opportunity for the PCFA to raise awareness with a predominately male crowd.
Special events include the Gala Ball charity auction, of which all proceeds raised on the evening being donated PCFA. Funds raised will be used to support Men and their families living with Prostate Cancer.
