The South Eastern Prostate Cancer Support Group was formed in 2016 to provide support to men and their families / carers who are affected and impacted by prostate cancer, including before, during and after treatment.
Our meetings are a combination of sharing experiences, gaining information, and updates on diagnosis, treatment and side-effects of prostate cancer. We try to make this a place where we can speak openly and specifically about our journey, challenges and successes so that we can support and encourage one another. We agree together on future topics for discussion and regularly bring in guest speakers who are actively involved in the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer.
Time - 3rd Wednesday of each month (except January), 7pm - 8:30pm
Place - Dandenong RSL, 44 Clow Street, Dandenong (entry is via the Dandenong Plaza outside carpark, accessed from Clow St or Stud Rd).
Room - Normally in the Board Room, but check at the front desk when you arrive in case we are in a different room that evening.
Refreshments - Tea and coffee available free of charge.
Parking available in the Dandenong Plaza carpark right out the front of the RSL entrance.
We warmly welcome new members and invite you to make contact with one of our leaders (see next tab) to confirm the next meeting details.
